as TRIO Academic Coordinator in Talent
Responsibilities: The TRIO Academic Coordinator is responsible
for the direction and operation of the TRIO program curriculum. The TRIO
Academic Coordinator will develop and implement policies and procedures related
to the program objectives and curriculum.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in education, counseling,
teaching, social work, or related area with at least two years’ experience as a
teacher, counselor, social worker, or closely related area is required. Good
written and oral communication skills, leadership abilities, and proven
interpersonal skills are essential.
experience in working with economically and educationally disadvantaged middle
and secondary school students. Planning and implementation of counseling
programs and curriculum development for disadvantaged youth is helpful.
Supervisory experience is desired.
